I've been attempting to put together a security DVR system recently,
and I finished up buying an currently (custom) produced second-hand Computer.
All that actually counts for this problem is definitely that the motherboard can be an Asus M2A-VM
(MicroATX) and the situation is an Antec P150.
The machine runs good digitally, but I went to put in the PCIe DVR card
I got into the motherboard'beds one and just PCIe 1x slot, and discovered that
if its connections were all the method in, the slot machine cover component (bracket?)
was then way too considerably away from the screwhole to fasten down the card.
If I moved the card further in the path of the slot pit, the credit card's connections
would not mesh correctly with the slot machine.

BTW, I tried putting same DVR PCIe card in one of my additional devices, and it fit
flawlessly on the first try. That would appear to control out the credit card being faulty.
